After days of searching, the body of a missing woman from Tulare has been discovered in Morro Bay, California.
At 7:15 p.m. on Monday, the United States Coast Guard retrieved Tiffany McClure’s body from the waters off the coast of San Luis Obispo County.
During her routine patrol, the Coast Guard was spotted.
On Monday, July 22nd, McClure disappeared from Tulare, while her car was later discovered in Morro Bay.
With the help of the Morro Bay Harbor Patrol, the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office, and the Morro Bay Police Department, McClure’s body was successfully retrieved.
The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office and the Morro Bay Police Department had direct communication with the Tulare Police Department.
Authorities from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office successfully identified the remains as belonging to Tiffany McClure, who had been reported missing from Tulare.
Both the Tulare Police Department and Morro Bay Police Department have conducted a comprehensive investigation.
At the moment, there is no evidence or statement obtained during the investigation that suggests any involvement of foul play.
Through an autopsy, the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office will determine Tiffany McClure’s cause of death.
