On Wednesday morning, law enforcement apprehended a suspect named Juan Figueroa, aged 30 and hailing from San Fernando, on murder charges related to Terron’s tragic death. The authorities have indicated that there may be more arrests in connection with this heinous crime.
According to authorities, Figueroa and Terron were seen together that night on security camera footage.
The sheriff’s department displayed a picture of the SUV during a press conference. It is significant to note that the car belonged to someone else rather than Figueroa, who was a person of interest in the case.
According to Lt. Michael Modica from the LA County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau, members of the special enforcement bureau were responsible for apprehending the suspect. The arrest was carried out smoothly, as the individual did not put up any resistance and was taken into custody without incident.
He was arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently being held on a $1 million bond.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office will consider filing charges after details about a possible motive in the killing become available.
The specific court date has not been made available yet.
