A man from Los Angeles County was arrested by deputies following their investigation, which uncovered his involvement as a suspect in the reported sexual assault of a teenager in Riverside County in early August.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office initiated their investigation on August 12, shortly after midnight, following a report of a sexual assault involving a teenager at a hospital in Temecula.
According to the statement, the victim stated that she had been sexually assaulted in the 40000 block of Winchester Road.
Detectives discovered that the suspect initially reached out to the victim on an online platform, forming a relationship with the intention of engaging in sexual activities.

Andrey Raymundo Tovar Serrato, a 31-year-old man from La Puente, was identified as the suspect, and authorities apprehended him on August 27th.
After being charged with several sexual offenses and providing marijuana to a minor, he managed to secure his release the following day by posting a $30,000 bail.
The statement from RSO indicated that this is an ongoing investigation and no additional information will be disclosed at this time.
