Officials are asking for help from the public in finding a 45-year-old man who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and was last spotted in Norwalk.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported that Joseph Michael Comer was last spotted in the 13000 block of Bloomfield Avenue at approximately 4:55 p.m. on July 15.
According to reports, Comer is a Hispanic man who stands at 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and is missing teeth. His last known outfit consisted of pastel pink pants and a neon green T-shirt.
