An Amber Alert has been issued for two children, aged 2 and 4, who were last spotted in South Los Angeles and are believed to have been kidnapped by their parents.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the four individuals were last spotted at around 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Vermont Avenue and West 83rd Street.
