In a recent statement by the sheriff’s department, DeAnna Madsen, a woman, reported an incident in which she was pushed and locked out of her home by her husband. Following a preliminary investigation, law enforcement officials identified the individual involved as Michael Madsen and subsequently arrested him for misdemeanor spousal battery according to California Penal Code 243(e)(1).
After his arrest, Madsen was brought to the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station, where he underwent the booking process. It is important to note that the investigation is still ongoing, and the case will be transferred to the Van Nuys Superior Courthouse for future legal proceedings.
