According to the United States Geological Survey, Palos Verdes Estates experienced a 3.5 magnitude earthquake on Sunday. The quake caused some shaking in the area.
At 3:09 p.m., USGS reported that the earthquake struck at a depth of 8 miles. People in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Gardena, and other areas of Los Angeles reported feeling the tremor.
The earthquake did not result in any injuries or damage to structures, according to reports.
